Stabilimage Films is a London-based camera stabilisation company providing specialist gimbal operators, technicians and equipment packages for feature films, television and commercial productions throughout the UK and internationally.

With over 20 years of industry experience, and as members of the Association of Camera Operators (ACO) and the Guild of British Camera Technicians (GBCT), we provide specialist camera stabilisation solutions built around professional systems including the DJI Ronin 2 and DJI Ronin 4D.

We have worked at the forefront of professional handheld gimbals since their introduction to the industry more than a decade ago. That experience has allowed us to develop complete systems and working practices specifically for demanding film and television production.

Experienced Operators & Technicians

We treat the Ronin 2 and other professional gimbal systems in the same way as any other specialist camera head. Our experienced camera operators and dedicated gimbal technicians can prepare, operate and maintain the equipment throughout a production, helping the camera department work efficiently and minimise unnecessary downtime on set.

Our combination of practical operating experience, technical knowledge and custom equipment allows us to integrate gimbals into a wide variety of shooting situations and develop solutions around the creative requirements of individual shots.

Stabilimage Films provides complete DJI Ronin 2 feature-film packages, DJI Ronin 4D systems, Flowcine GLINK & xSPINE body-mounted support systems, remote camera control and other specialist stabilisation equipment.

Equipment can be supplied with experienced camera/gimbal operators and dedicated technicians, with wet and dry hire options available across our equipment range where appropriate.

Our equipment has been selected and developed specifically around professional production requirements, allowing packages to be configured for the camera, lens, shot and working environment.
